Civil Site Engineer/Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily on-site activities for interior fitout works including partitions, false ceilings, flooring, doors, glazing, and joinery.
• Ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and approved materials.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth execution of works.
• Monitor work quality, safety standards, and workmanship at the site.
• Review and verify shop drawings, material submittals, and samples.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress reports, and as-built documentation.
• Identify and resolve site issues, conflicts, and discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper installation of MEP interfaces with interior elements.
• Assist in cost control, resource allocation, and time scheduling.
• Conduct inspections, tests, and quality checks on materials and installed works.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fitout project execution.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Driving license

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate teams effectively.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Understanding of project scheduling and cost management.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
