Civil Site Forman

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Forman to oversee various construction projects and ensure they are completed on time , within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of civil engineering principles, as well as experience in project management and site supervision. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to effectively manage teams in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Manage project scheduling, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Oversee budgeting processes, tracking expenses and ensuring projects remain within financial constraints.
• Utilize software tools such as HeavyBid, Prolog, and Primavera for project management and reporting.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Implement OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supervising civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management in construction.
• Familiarity with quality control measures and safety regulations (OSHA).
• Proficient in project scheduling software such as HeavyBid, Prolog, or Primavera.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
• A degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
