Civil Site / Project Engineer

SITE / PROJECT ENGINEER

1. Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring adherence to project time-lines, create and maintain primavera project time schedule.

2. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, to maintain necessary for site work.

3. Supervise and provide technical guidance and support to labors and foreman.

4. Liaise and Coordinate with consultant regular inspections IR, RFI, etc. And reply to their letters and emails. Create materials submittals as requested.

5. Carry out all authorities’ inspections and approvals from DM, Trakhees & DDA.

6. Follow up to issue all necessary permits, gate pass and NOS for the work.

7. Act as a point of contact between on-site teams, consultant, clients, and subcon-tractors. Generate regular progress reports.

8. Ensure that the timely availability of materials on-site and request LPO.

9. Manage on-site resource allocation, including manpower and equipment.

10. Ensure the relevant safety rules at the site.

11. Provide data in respect of variation orders and site instructions.

12. Coordinate the handing over of completed works to the clients and completion of the necessary rectification works, per the project drawings and specification.

13. Facilitate effective communication and attend coordination meetings organized by clients and consultants etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
