Civil Site Supervisor - Fresher with Civil (Diploma / Degree)

Core Responsibilities

• Site Management & Execution: Directly supervising day-to-day operations, including laborers and subcontractors, to ensure adherence to construction plans and timelines.
• Quality Control & Inspection: Inspecting work to ensure it meets technical specifications, blueprints, and quality standards.
• Safety Compliance: Enforcing health and safety regulations, conducting regular site hazard inspections, and handling on-site accidents.
• Resource Coordination: Ordering, managing, and inspecting materials and equipment to prevent shortages or delays.
• Progress Reporting: Communicating with project managers and clients regarding site progress, and maintaining accurate daily reports.
• Problem-Solving: Resolving on-site technical issues, conflicts between trades, and ensuring efficient workflow.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
