Civil & Steel Structure Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil & Steel Structure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis, supervision, and execution of steel structure and civil engineering projects while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and analyze steel structures and civil works according to project requirements and international standards.
• Prepare structural calculations, shop drawings, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Supervise fabrication and site installation activities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality and safety compliance.
• Review project specifications, BOQs, and material submittals.
• Monitor project progress and resolve engineering issues on-site.
• Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in steel structure and civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, Tekla, etc.).
• Experience with steel fabrication and erection works.
• Knowledge of international codes and standards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Qatar driving license is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in industrial, commercial, or warehouse steel structure projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
