We are looking for a skilled Civil & Structural Drafter to support the preparation of detailed drawings, 3D models and documentation for our EPC power plant projects.

Qualifications

• Graduation from Civil Engineering Technician, Construction Technician, or related technical programs.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in preparing civil & structural drawings and models.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Experience with Allplan, Tekla Structures, Revit, or similar BIM/modelling tools is an asset.
• Experience in preparing reinforced concrete and steel detailing drawings.
• Ability to read, interpret and convert engineering sketches, calculations and specifications into technical drawings.
• Knowledge of national and international standards for drafting and detailing.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Basic-level English is sufficient (reading technical documents).
• No travel restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed RC (reinforced concrete) and steel structure drawings based on engineering inputs.
• Produce plan, section, elevation and detail drawings in accordance with project requirements and standards.
• Support model creation and updating in Tekla/Revit (if applicable).
• Coordinate with structural and civil engineers to ensure accuracy of drawings.
• Revise drawings based on engineer comments, customer feedback and field requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of all drafting outputs in alignment with project schedules.
• Maintain a well-organized drawing archive and documentation system.
