Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Civil / Structural Draughtsman with strong expertise in building structural drawings and a solid understanding of structural engineering concepts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and high-rise building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed structural drawings (RCC and steel) based on design inputs and calculations
• Develop GA drawings, reinforcement detailing, and shop drawings
• Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and MEP teams
• Revise drawings as per engineer/client comments
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and UAE authority standards
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records
• Assist in resolving design and site-related drafting issues

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 3 to 7 years of experience in the UAE as a Structural Draughtsman
• Strong expertise in building structural drawings (residential/commercial/high-rise)
• Good understanding of structural systems, RCC detailing, and steel structures
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Revit is an advantage
• Familiarity with UAE codes and standards is required
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-rise building projects
• Knowledge of reinforcement detailing standards
• Ability to read and interpret structural design calculations
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
