With over 15 years of extensive experience in civil supervision, this engineer will be responsible for overseeing all civil and structural aspects of high-voltage electrical substation projects. This includes managing site preparation, foundation construction, building erection, and ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. The role involves coordinating with electrical engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion, while proactively identifying and resolving any civil-related challenges that may arise.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of relevant civil engineering principles, construction methodologies specific to substation environments, and familiarity with international standards and local regulations. They will be adept at interpreting complex engineering drawings, managing construction schedules and budgets, and implementing robust quality control measures. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential to effectively supervise site teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure the successful and timely delivery of safe and reliable electrical substation infrastructure.
