Job Description:

• On-Site Supervision:Direct and monitor construction activities, ensuring work is performed according to blueprints, engineering plans, and project standards.
• Team Management:Supervise, guide, and evaluate the productivity of construction workers, subcontractors, and other on-site staff.
• Safety and Compliance:Implement and enforce safety regulations, provide safety training, ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a safe work environment.
• Project Coordination:Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
• Resource Management:Oversee the delivery and use of materials, equipment, and other site resources, ensuring they are available and managed effectively.
• Quality Control:Conduct regular inspections to verify the quality of work and ensure it meets established standards and specifications.
• Reporting and Documentation:Prepare and submit site progress reports, maintain accurate records of activities, and document material usage and site conditions.
• Problem Resolution:Identify and resolve any issues, conflicts, or delays that arise on-site, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
