Position: Civil Supervisor

Experience: 0–5 Years

Location: Savroli khalapur toll naka Mumbai Maharashtra

Industry: Residential / Commercial / Infra Projects

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision

• Oversee day-to-day civil activities on site as per drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all civil work (excavation, RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, etc.) is executed as per standards.
• Supervise infrastructure-related works such as roads, drainage, water supply, sewer lines, and utility connections.

2. Finishing Work Monitoring

• Manage and inspect finishing activities like tiling, POP, false ceiling, doors/windows installation, paint, and final handover-quality work.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for timely completion.

3. Quality & Safety

• Ensure quality control procedures are followed on site.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety norms and implement safety measures.
• Identify and report defects, rework, and discrepancies.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily site reports, manpower reports, progress reports, and material consumption.
• Assist in preparing checklists and ensure work completion as per inspection norms.
• Support billing team with site measurements when required.

5. Coordination

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, architects, and project managers for smooth work execution.
• Support in material planning and follow up for deliveries.
• Attend site meetings and update progress status.

Skills Required

• Strong technical knowledge of civil construction and finishing works.
• Understanding of infrastructure work (roads, utilities, drainage, external development).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings (civil, structural, finishing).
• Basic knowledge of quality standards and safety measures.
• Good communication and site coordination skills.
• Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.

Qualification

• Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• ITI Civil candidates with strong field experience may also apply.

Soft Skills

• Team handling (small team).
• Discipline and punctuality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
