Civil Supervisor

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for civil and finishing works
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers on site
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor site progress and report to management regularly
• Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage
• Maintain quality control and ensure work meets required standards
• Enforce health & safety regulations on site
• Handle site issues and provide practical solutions
• Conduct site inspections and prepare daily reports
• Coordinate with MEP teams for smooth execution of works

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience (maintenance/fit-out preferred)
• Strong knowledge of civil, finishing, and maintenance works
• Ability to read drawings and execute accordingly
• Good communication and team management skills
• UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
