Civil Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Civil Supervisor to oversee daily construction site activities and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will supervise site teams, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, and ensure work is completed on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate and monitor the activities of workers, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with company and client standards.
• Assist engineers in planning and executing construction activities.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate site updates to management.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly to minimize project delays.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Conduct toolbox talks and promote a safe working environment.
• Verify completed work before submitting it for inspection.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1–5 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and site operations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience supervising construction workers and subcontractors.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR13,616.70 per month
