Position Overview: 
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Wind Farm Construction Supervisors to play a crucial role in the successful execution of this large-scale project. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the wind energy sector, specifically within construction phases. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management principles, construction methodologies, and safety protocols pertinent to wind farm development. 
Key Responsibilities: 
As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the construction phase to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Profiles needed:<ul><li> 
Site Management: Leading and coordinating on-site activities, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.</li></ul><ul><li> 
Civil Supervision: Overseeing all civil engineering aspects of the wind farm construction, including foundation work, road construction, and general site preparation.</li></ul><ul><li> 
Electrical Supervision (Medium and High Voltage): Managing and directing the installation and commissioning of medium and high voltage electrical systems, substations, and grid connections, ensuring compliance with all safety and technical regulations.</li></ul><ul><li>
