Job Overview

We are looking for a Civil Supervisor to oversee civil construction activities, ensure quality, and manage a team of site workers. The role is essential for timely and safe project delivery in marine or oil & gas infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise construction works including concrete, reinforcement steel, and formwork

Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations

Maintain daily work records and progress reports

Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and QA/QC teams

Train and guide site staff to achieve operational efficiency

Minimum Qualification

Diploma in Civil Engineering or High School Certificate

Minimum Experience

Minimum 5 years in civil construction works

Preferred Certifications

ePTW or cPTW – Qatar Energy

H2S Certification
