CIVIL SUPERVISOR REQUIRED

Reports to: Maintenance Engineer

JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Civil Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning, supervising and executing civil maintenance activities to ensure building structurer and infrastructure remain safe, functional and compliance with standards. This role leads maintenance team coordinate contractors and ensure timely corrective and preventive maintenance activities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Supervise daily maintenance activities including concrete repairs, masonry, carpentry, painting, waterproofing and minor construction.

· Plan preventive annual maintenance schedule

· Inspect all civil maintenance activities such as (Structurer, Roads, Drainage, Painting, others).

· Assign and supervise daily monthly and yearly task to Mason, Painter and carpenters.

· Ensure all civil maintenance activities compliance with safety standards.

· Ensure implement monthly tool box among all civil maintenance staff

· Supervise all annual maintenance contract activities

· Prepare minor civil works specification and bill of quantities

· Monitor material usage & special tools.

· Ability to order all site maintenance material required.

· Prepare monthly civil maintenance report.

· Ensure proposer site housekeeping and safety.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

· Excellent English Communication

· Excellent Computer skills (Axel, Power Point others)

· Excellent communication skills

· Excellent leadership skills

· Excellent problem and conflict solving skills.

· Good project management skills

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:

· Degree in Civil Engineering

· Minimum 7 Years experiences in hotel, resort and commercial complex facilities

· Maintenance certificate

· Project management certificate

· Age is below 35 years.
