• Supervise and collaborate with the team on-site to guarantee that project objectives and deadlines are fulfilled.
• Carry out project designs, which include landscape installation, upkeep, and improvement.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Develop, coach, and inspire team members to attain excellence in work performance and productivity.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new hires.
• Manage materials, equipment, and resources efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control assessments to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors etc. to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
