Job Description

We are seeking a USCIS-designated Civil Surgeon (MD or DO) to join our team. The Civil Surgeon will conduct immigration medical examinations (Form I-693), review vaccination records, and ensure compliance with all USCIS requirements. This position offers flexibility and steady patient volume within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform immigration medical exams in accordance with USCIS and CDC guidelines.
• Review medical histories and vaccination records.
• Conduct physical exams and order/interpret required laboratory tests.
• Complete, sign, and seal Form I-693 for immigration applicants.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) with a valid, unrestricted U.S. medical license.
• Must be (or willing to apply to become) a USCIS-designated Civil Surgeon.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow federal requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or occupational health preferred.
