Civil Surveyor

1.Job Responsibilities

①Responsible for all measurement activities on the project site, including the establishment, maintenance, and re-surveying of control networks.

②Proficient in operating surveying instruments such as levels, total stations, and GPS-RTK to carry out tasks like construction staking, elevation measurements, and as-built surveys.

③Conduct topographic surveys and utilize professional software (e.g., Civil 3D, Carlson, etc.) for precise cut-and-fill volume calculations.

④Use AutoCAD and other software to draft, check, and calculate quantities based on survey drawings.

⑤Collect, organize, analyze, and archive all survey data, ensuring its accuracy and traceability.

⑥Manage, maintain, and periodically calibrate surveying instruments to ensure their proper functioning.

2.Job Requirements Skills and Competencies:

①Proficient in the operation and principles of mainstream surveying equipment, including levels, total stations, and GPS-RTK.

②Capable of independently completing the entire process from control surveys to construction staking.

③Skilled in calculating earthwork cut-and-fill volumes using topographic data and established workflows.

④Proficient in drafting with AutoCAD; familiarity with Civil 3D, South CASS, or similar professional quantity calculation software is preferred.

⑤Strong blueprint reading skills, with the ability to interpret international engineering drawings and standards.

⑥Excellent data analysis capabilities and a meticulous, detail-oriented work ethic.

⑦Work Experience: At least 10 years of relevant work experience, with preference given to candidates who have worked on large-scale power plant projects, have experience with SEPCOIII, or have prior working experience in the UAE.

⑧Required Certifications: Must hold a third-party-certified Surveyor/Survey Engineer qualification or higher.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
