Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Civil Team Leader to supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to civil construction works. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in excavation, brickwork, plastering, and concrete works, along with the ability to manage site workers efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead civil work teams at construction sites.
• Execute and monitor excavation works as per drawings and safety standards.
• Manage brick/block work ensuring alignment, leveling, and quality finish.
• Supervise plastering works (internal & external) to achieve required finishing standards.
• Coordinate and oversee concrete works including formwork, reinforcement checking, pouring, and curing.
• Allocate manpower and monitor daily productivity.
• Ensure works are completed according to project schedule and specifications.
• Maintain quality control and report site progress to Site Engineer/Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain discipline and proper work practices among workers.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years UAE/GCC construction experience.
• Strong practical experience in:
• Excavation Works
• Brick/Block Masonry
• Plastering Works
• Concrete & Structural Works
• Ability to read basic construction drawings.
• Experience handling civil labor teams.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of site safety practices.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualification

• Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in Civil Construction (preferred).
• Proven experience as Civil Foreman / Civil Team Leader.
