Civil Technician

This role focuses on evaluating the structural and aesthetic condition of sites. You will be responsible for identifying physical defects within the VR environment to support comprehensive maintenance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed inspections of parking areas, roads, and walkways to identify cracks and structural deterioration.
• Inspect interior elements such as ceilings and walls for signs of damage or required repairs.
• Tag and categorize defects within the VR platform for review by the estimation team.
• Provide clear and concise descriptions of architectural issues identified during virtual inspections.

Requirements:

• Background in Civil Engineering or DAE Civil
• Experience in site inspection, quality control, or facility maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure even minor defects are identified and documented.
