Civil, Track Design Lead Engineer

The role holder will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Civil & Track, Design activities.

The role holder will contribute to the design activities related to civil, track, and projects, ensuring the development of high-quality design solutions and adherence to engineering standards.

Department: Engineering & Projects.

Location : Riyadh.

Responsible for :

• Execute design tasks under the guidance of the Civil & Track, Facilities Design Section Head.

• Collaborate with the design team to produce accurate and detailed design documents.

• Ensure compliance with design standards and safety regulations.

• Participate in design reviews to maintain high quality deliverables.

• Explore innovative design solutions and technologies.

• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in design processes.

• Collaborate with project managers, senior designers, and stakeholders for integrated project design.

• Provides on going technical design support to on-site teams as required.

• Conducts necessary tests to ensure the newly developed designs are feasible and serve the purpose.

• Keeps abreast of developments within the industry to understand new design techniques or measures that can be implemented within SAR to enable enhancement of operational efficiency.

• Contribute technical insights during the design phase.

• Engage in continuous learning and training to enhance design skills.

• Stay updated on industry trends and new design technologies.

Requirements:

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering .
• Years of experience : Minimum 5 Years in Design and Design Project Management (preferable in railway industry).
• Knowledge in design procedures and requirements.
• Experience in validating the design.
• PMP Certified is a must.
