Civil Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Support civil engineers in day-to-day project execution by monitoring ongoing activities, tracking work progress, and reporting any delays or issues affecting project completion.
• Assist in supervision and execution of civil construction activities at site, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines.
• Maintain and update site records including daily progress reports, work logs, inspection reports, measurement sheets, and other project-related documentation.
• Ensure adherence to company safety policies, site safety procedures, and quality standards by promoting safe work practices and reporting unsafe conditions immediately.
• Assist in inspection of construction materials received at site and support quantity verification, measurements, and reconciliation as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow, proper resource utilization, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
