Litigation Attorney – Syracuse, New York

About the Position:
A well-established boutique civil litigation firm with a statewide practice is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Attorney with 1–7 years of experience to join its Syracuse office. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced trial and appellate attorneys handling cases throughout New York State.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cases from inception through trial, including drafting discovery documents, pleadings, and motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced and collegial environment.

Qualifications:

• Admission to practice law in New York State (required).
• 1–7 years of civil litigation or trial experience.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
• Demonstrated talent for courtroom advocacy and a passion for litigation success.
• Ability to handle multiple cases independently and efficiently.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
