Civil/Architecture Draftsmen

Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Draftsmen/3D Visualizer to join our design team in Udupi. If you have a passion for transforming concepts into detailed technical drawings and compelling visualizations, and possess proficiency in industry-standard software, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed architectural working drawings and construction documentation using AutoCAD (plans, sections, elevations, details, etc.).
• Develop high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings for various architectural projects (residential, commercial, interior).
• Collaborate with the design team and architects to translate design intent into accurate technical documents and visual presentations.
• Ensure all drawings and visualizations comply with relevant building codes and standards.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in architectural drafting and 3D visualization.
• Software Proficiency (Essential):
• AutoCAD (For 2D Drafting is mandatory).
• Rendering Software Proficiency (Required - at least one):
• D5 Render
• Enscape
• V-Ray
• Additional Skills (A Plus):
• Familiarity with other 3D modeling software (SketchUp, Revit, Rhino).
• Knowledge of graphic design software (Photoshop, InDesign).
• Education: Diploma or Degree in related field is preferred.
• Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong communication skills.
