Civil/MEP Estimator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil/MEP Estimator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for civil and MEP projects, analyzing tender documents, supporting project planning and budgeting, and working within the company’s ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil and MEP projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and design teams to ensure accurate estimation.
• Identify potential risks, variations, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain and update the company’s estimation database and historical project costs.
• Assist in preparing bids, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Work efficiently within the ERP system for project costing, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards and local regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of civil/MEP estimating experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of civil and MEP construction processes, materials, and costs.
• Proficient in estimation software and tools (MS Excel, AutoCAD, or specialized estimating software).
• Experience using ERP systems for project management and costing is required.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
