Civil/Network Engineer (Design) – Design Review Team

Responsible for reviewing and validating civil and network design submissions for roads, bridges, and related infrastructure to ensure technical accuracy, compliance with standards, and coordination across disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:

• Review detailed design drawings, reports, and specifications for roads, bridges, and associated utility networks.
• Verify compliance of designs with project specifications, applicable codes, authority standards, and best engineering practices.
• Assess horizontal and vertical alignments, profiles, cross-sections, and pavement design for technical correctness and constructability.
• Review bridge and structure design details for conformity with structural and safety requirements.
• Check utility network layouts (stormwater, sewerage, water supply, irrigation, telecom) for accuracy, integration, and conflict resolution.
• Identify design inconsistencies, coordination gaps, and potential site execution issues, and provide clear review comments.
• Ensure multidisciplinary design interfaces are coordinated and free of conflicts.
• Recommend design adjustments to improve safety, performance, and cost efficiency.

• 15 yr Review civil and utility designs for roads and bridges: 10 years (Required)
• 15 yr Ensure compliance with codes and project standards: 10 years (Required)
• 15 yr Assessed road alignments, profiles, and cross-sections: 10 years (Required)
• 15 yrs reviewing bridge safety and structural accuracy: 10 years (Required)
