Civil/Real Estate Attorney

At NorCal Attorney Brokers, we believe in delivering success for our clients through collaborative efforts with trust, competence, and care. We are currently seeking a competent attorney with full knowledge of Civil Law and Motion processes and procedures to meet our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

- Draft and review legal litigation documents and motion documents.

- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.

- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients.

- Advocate for clients in negotiations and court proceedings.

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve successful outcomes.

- 150 Billable hours required to be met monthly.

Software Experience:

• Lexis-Nexis
• MyCase

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

- Active membership in the state bar association.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Adept at building and maintaining client relationships.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Compensation:

THE COMPENSATION FOR THIS POSITION IS PAID ON BILLABLE HOUR. Compensation range based on experience and skill level. Bonus offered when billable hours exceed the minimum requirement of 150/month.
