Civil/Site Enginer

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer / Project Execution Engineer to manage and execute construction activities at the site. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is completed as per design, on time, within budget, and with a strong focus on quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Execution & Supervision

• Manage day-to-day site work as per drawings and plans.
• Supervise subcontractors and site workers to ensure good progress and quality.

2. Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely material delivery.
• Review drawings, fix issues, and plan manpower and equipment use.

3. Quality & Documentation

• Check ongoing work to ensure it meets quality and regulatory standards.
• Keep project records like reports, test results, and as-built drawings up to date.

4. Safety Management

• Make sure safety rules are followed at the site and PPE is used.
• Report incidents and support safety audits and corrective steps.

Requirements:

Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering

Experience: Minimum 5 years (Own country) in residential/commercial site execution

Technical Skills: AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project/Primavera, drawing interpretation

Soft Skills: Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication

Certifications: OSHA / NEBOSH (preferred)

Language: English or Arabic (required)
