Claim Services Support

About the Role

Triton Claim Management, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Claim Services Support person to join our team. This role serves as a key operational support function within the claims department and is often the first point of contact for incoming claims and inquiries.

You will play a critical role in ensuring claims are accurately received, documented, routed, and supported, while delivering exceptional service to clients, claimants, and internal stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

Claims Intake & Processing

  • Receive, review, and distribute incoming claims, notices, and correspondence
  • Assist claimants and partners with initial claim submissions and documentation requirements
  • Accurately scan, index, and maintain claim file documentation

Customer Service & Communication

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming calls and inquiries
  • Route calls appropriately, take detailed messages, and provide timely follow-up
  • Deliver professional, responsive service to internal and external stakeholders

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Process and route claim-related transactions, including losses and recoveries
  • Perform document retrieval and research to support claim handling activities
  • Assist with outgoing correspondence and general claims administration
  • Support special projects and additional departmental needs as assigned


Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of experience in claims, insurance operations, or customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve using logic and sound judgment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn internal claims systems

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Insurance, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of insurance claims processes, including investigation, coverage review, and documentation
