Claim Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Claim Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing insurance claim processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and facilitating efficient resolution of claims related to hail and wind . Your expertise will help streamline operations, improve claim accuracy, and support our commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients . Responsibilities

• Filing claims on behalf of homeowners
• Scheduling inspections with insurance companies
• Calling/Contacting insurance companies for estimates
• Conduct thorough filing of claims and related documents
• Calling/Contacting homeowners regarding their claim status
• Collaborate as a team with coworkers, to insure smooth handeling of insurance claims
• Proven clerical experience with a strong focus on, data entry, and document management in Acculynx
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating effectively with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and coworkers .

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
