Fenix Protect is hiring an experienced Claims Representative to manage inbound warranty claims, make coverage decisions, and coordinate repairs with contractors. This is not an entry-level customer service role.

Schedule & Location

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• On-site: 15510 Wright Brothers Dr, Addison, TX

Pay $19/hour

What You’ll Do

• Take inbound warranty claims calls
• Review coverage details, reports, and repair estimates
• Communicate claim decisions to customers
• Coordinate with contractors for service and repairs
• Maintain accurate documentation and claim notes
• Work multiple claims in a fast-paced, structured environment

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience in claims, call center, property management, dispatch, or service coordination preferred
• Comfortable handling customer conversations and problem-solving
• Ability to stay organized with multiple active cases
• Strong communication and attention to detail

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Home warranty or insurance experience
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or appliances
