As a Claims Technician at HCSC, your work will help our members receive the care they deserve. Your primary responsibility will be entering complex claims into our system. This work makes a vital impact on our mission and requires extensive research in compliance with established procedures.
You will assist with several tasks including assigning staff to production queues, monitoring and distribution of inventory reports, assisting in the technical development of new and existing employees, performing system analyses, performing system testing, coordinating with internal departments, demonstrating desirable leadership behaviors, and performing other functions in support of the department.

Under supervision, this position is responsible for processing complex claims requiring further investigation, including coordination of benefits and resolving pended claims.This role is onsite for training.
