Claims Account Specialist

We are hiring a Claims Specialist to manage the day-to-day administration of pre-tax benefit plans for an assigned group of clients. This is a high-volume, detail-driven role where financial accuracy, process discipline, and service excellence are critical.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Processing high volumes of benefit claims with precision
  • Issuing reimbursements and ensuring financial accuracy
  • Managing enrollments, eligibility updates, and payroll-related status changes
  • Administering FSA, HRA, ICHRA, HSA, and other customized benefit plans
  • Responding to client and participant inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Implementing plan setups and processing plan changes
  • Maintaining compliance and documentation standards

Backgrounds That Translate Well to This Role

We strongly encourage candidates with experience in:

  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Payroll processing
  • Banking or financial operations
  • Human Resources administration
  • Employee benefits administration
  • Insurance claims processing
  • TPA or carrier environments

If you’re accustomed to handling financial transactions, reviewing documentation for accuracy, meeting processing deadlines, and maintaining confidentiality — this role will feel familiar and rewarding.
