Claims Adjuster

A well-established, employee-focused company is currently seeking a Licensed Claims Adjuster to join our team in an on-site role based in the North Valley. This position involves handling low-complexity property claims from start to finish—no field work required. This is not a remote opportunity. Candidate must be located in the Phoenix area.

What You’ll Do

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve low-complexity property claims
• Review submitted claims and documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Determine appropriate settlements, denials, or payments
• Answer claim-related phone calls professionally and empathetically
• Prepare monthly reports for financial and risk analysis
• Assist in onboarding clients to our proprietary claims platform
• Support internal training initiatives as needed

Requirements:

• Active Arizona Adjuster License
• 1–3 years of experience handling property claims preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
