The Role

We are seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to join our claims team in our South Norwalk office. This is a full-time position focused on delivering exceptional service to homeowners while efficiently managing claims from start to resolution.

Responsibilities include:

· Review, investigate, and manage homeowner claims in a timely and professional manner

· Communicate with customers, contractors, and vendors regarding claim status and coverage

· Evaluate claims documentation and determine appropriate claim outcomes

· Maintain accurate and organized claim records within company systems

· Ensure claims are handled in compliance with company policies and procedures

· Deliver empathetic and solution-oriented customer service during potentially stressful situations

· Collaborate with management and team members to improve workflows and operational efficiency

· Contribute ideas and feedback as the company continues adopting new technologies and process improvements

Compensation & Benefits:

· Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000 annually

· Opportunity to participate in a performance-based bonus pool tied to company and individual results

· Full-time, in-person position in South Norwalk, CT

· 8-week probationary period

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You may be a great fit if you:

· An interest in learning about product and product variants, and the warranty industry

· Have prior claims handling and/or insurance industry experience

· Are highly organized and able to manage multiple claims simultaneously

· Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills

· Can confidently make decisions while maintaining professionalism and empathy

· Are comfortable working with technology and learning new systems

· Enjoy improving processes and adapting to change

· Take ownership of your work and perform well independently and as part of a team

· Want to grow with a rapidly expanding company

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
