We’re looking for a skilled Claims Adjuster to join our Rapid City office. As a multi-line professional, you’ll handle a variety of claims including property damage, auto damage appraisals and liability claims.

What You’ll Do:

• Investigate, analyze, and resolve assigned claims
• Communicate with all parties involved to ensure fair and timely claim outcomes
• Document and report on claims in accordance with company standards

• Have strong analytical and communication skills
• Are organized and self-directed
• Bring experience in insurance claims or a related field (preferred, but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate)
