What You’ll Do:

• Review and process medical claims with accuracy and efficiency by applying policy guidelines, scheduling and managing additional claims review and coordinating benefits while prioritizing the timeliness of the claims.
• Review correspondence, conduct research and communicate appropriately to expedite claim issue resolution and/or payment.
• Ensure performance levels meet or exceed established timelines and accuracy benchmarks while completing day-to-day activities.

Job-Specific Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least a 3.0 GPA.
• Computer proficiency with the ability to move between multiple screens/applications while maintaining focus.
• Articulate written communication style with the strong ability to adapt tone and style for differing audiences.
• A high degree of accuracy and a keen eye for detail in work produced.
• Customer-focused and service oriented to ensure timely and accurate performance benchmarks are achieved.
