About the Role:
The Claims Administrator will manage claims and dispute matters for a PMC assignment supporting a large institutional campus development.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage claims and disputes throughout the project lifecycle

Prepare contractual assessments and formal recommendations

Support dispute resolution and legal proceedings

Maintain claims logs and periodic reporting
Mandatory Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, or a related field

Minimum 20 years of experience

Direct claims management experience on university or institutional campus projects
