About the Role:
The Claims Administrator will manage claims and dispute matters for a PMC assignment supporting a large institutional campus development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claims and disputes throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare contractual assessments and formal recommendations
- Support dispute resolution and legal proceedings
- Maintain claims logs and periodic reporting
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, or a related field
- Minimum 20 years of experience
- Direct claims management experience on university or institutional campus projects
