Job Summary

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Da-Ly Realty is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Claims Analyst to support the review, investigation, and resolution of real estate-related claims and internal case documentation. The successful candidate will analyze claim information, verify supporting documentation, identify trends, and assist management in ensuring timely and accurate claim resolution while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and process claims and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate claim-related information by gathering and evaluating relevant records and documentation.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, and potential risks during the claims review process.
• Maintain accurate electronic claim files and documentation.
• Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and recommendations for management.
• Collaborate with internal departments, clients, and external partners to obtain necessary information.
• Monitor claim status and ensure timely processing and resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
• Analyze claim trends and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive customer and company information.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in claims processing, claims analysis, insurance, compliance, risk management, or a related analytical role preferred.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience working with claims management systems, CRM platforms, or database software is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience reviewing insurance, real estate, escrow, title, or property-related claims.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and documentation standards.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with real estate transaction processes and property documentation is a plus.
