Claims Associate/Representative

We have 16 regional claims centers across the state, allowing us to serve our customers immediately and on a local level. Two of our most frequently hired positions are Claims Associate (desk adjuster) and Claims Representative (field adjuster).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Investigate and determine the extent of loss on a claim including car accidents, weather events, or other catastrophes
• Communicate with the appropriate parties involved in a claim such as insureds, claimants, agents, attorneys, and other interested parties
• Proactively provide all parties involved with the process, status, and explanation of a claim decision
• Work with a network of vendors such as contractors, cleaning services, glass repair, auto repair shops, etc.

• Self-starter with the ability to manage a workload independently
• Strong customer-service skills
• An interest in building knowledge of the company, processes, and people
