Claims Case Manager

The Claims Case Manager guides claimants through the Social Security Disability process with clarity, compassion, and operational precision. This role manages an active caseload, ensures timely movement through each stage of the claim, and provides steady, supportive communication to individuals navigating medical and financial hardship.

Claims Case Managers collaborate closely with Claims Consultants/EDPNAs, Senior Case Managers, Attorneys, Intake, and Business Development to maintain accurate records, meet SSA requirements, and deliver a seamless claimant experience from initial assignment through decision. This position plays a key role in upholding Sage Disability’s standards of accuracy, transparency, and claimant‑centered service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Social Security Disability, insurance claims, legal support, or healthcare administration
  • Proficiency with CRM system, such as Dibcase, and in Chronicle platform
  • Strong understanding of SSA disability programs, forms, and evidence requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple deadlines
  • Ability to translate complex rules into clear, claimant‑friendly guidance
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay: $19.23 - $21.63 per hour
