ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have the ability to interact courteously and harmoniously with others.
- Must have the ability to use various computer software
- Must speak and write the English Language
- Work hours are 8:30 to 5:00 Monday through Friday
JOB SKILLS, DUTIES, & RESPONSITILIES INCLUDE: Other duties may be
assigned.
- Responsible for the intake of all First Reports of Injury with minimal direction.
- Initial contact with members for assessment of the nature of the claim.
- Responsible for confirming coverage and establishing claims in the system.
- Courteous response and direction of members questioning reporting process.
- Evaluate reports for check run process and analysis of data following the check run.
- Assists with various clerical duties and answering phone calls from outside callers with general claims inquiries.
