ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have the ability to interact courteously and harmoniously with others.
• Must have the ability to use various computer software
• Must speak and write the English Language
• Work hours are 8:30 to 5:00 Monday through Friday

JOB SKILLS, DUTIES, & RESPONSITILIES INCLUDE: Other duties may be

assigned.

• Responsible for the intake of all First Reports of Injury with minimal direction.
• Initial contact with members for assessment of the nature of the claim.
• Responsible for confirming coverage and establishing claims in the system.
• Courteous response and direction of members questioning reporting process.
• Evaluate reports for check run process and analysis of data following the check run.
• Assists with various clerical duties and answering phone calls from outside callers with general claims inquiries.
