Overview

ICON Restoration Services is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Claims Compliance Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all insurance restoration estimates and jobs meet TPA and carrier compliance requirements.

This is a fast-paced position where accuracy, organization, and communication are critical. You will work closely with internal teams and insurance partners to maintain high standards of compliance, streamline workflows, and support exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Review estimates for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with carrier and TPA guidelines
• Manage compliance systems and processes for assigned insurance carriers
• Maintain detailed logs of claims, audits, and compliance checks
• Ensure all claim notes and documentation are current and updated within required timelines
• Monitor claim progress and verify adherence to carrier-specific requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams and insurance partners to resolve discrepancies and improve processes

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Claims Administrator or Insurance Adjuster (required)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of data and documentation
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the homeowners insurance claims process
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
