Join a rapidly expanding insurance brokerage supporting a busy claims function. This is a WA-based opportunity with long-term career potential.

My client is seeking an experienced Claims Assistant to join their established and fast-paced claims team. Following significant business growth and acquisitions, the company has doubled its client base and requires additional support to manage increasing claim volumes. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy, supportive environment where no two days are the same.

Who will you be working with?

You'll be joining a highly regarded insurance brokerage known for its commitment to service excellence and client care. With approximately 47 staff across WA, the company has built a strong reputation in workers' compensation, motor, farming, and farm motor claims. The team is collaborative, dedicated, and values individuals who take initiative and pride in their work.

What will you be doing?

• Assist in managing end-to-end insurance claims, with a focus on workers' compensation
• Liaise with clients, insurers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth claim processing
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation and claim records
• Support the Claims Manager and broader team to meet service targets
• Deliver professional, timely, and client-focused service
• Contribute to process improvements within the claims function

What do you need?

• Prior experience in insurance claims (workers' compensation experience highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and client service capabilities
• A proactive, positive attitude and team-focused mindset
