What You’ll Do

As a Claims Consultant, you will support policyholders and our adjusting team throughout the insurance claim process while developing the technical expertise needed to become a licensed Public Adjuster.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in evaluating and documenting property damage claims
  • Review estimates, invoices, and reports to help determine claim values
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and insurance carriers to gather information and provide updates
  • Maintain organized documentation and claim files throughout the process
  • Provide professional and empathetic support to clients during stressful situations
  • Work alongside experienced adjusters to develop technical knowledge and field expertise
  • Participate in training and licensing to become a licensed Public Adjuster (supported by UPA)

Ideal Backgrounds & Transferable Skills

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in business, finance, economics or math is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new software
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (some field visits may be required)

Work Environment

This position is fully on-site and involves collaboration with our team and occasional field visits to inspect properties and meet with clients.

Pay: Up to $85,000.00 per year
