Risk Solutions Corporation (RSC) is a Saudi-licensed loss adjusting and risk inspection company established in 2024, with operations launched in 2025. RSC is a joint venture between El-Khereiji Group of Saudi Arabia and Hamid Mukhtar & Co. Ltd. of Pakistan, combining strong local presence with over six decades of technical loss adjusting experience. RSC also represents SteegeXP in Saudi Arabia, a specialist international loss adjusting firm with strong expertise in oil, gas, mining, and complex industrial claims.


In only its second year of operations, RSC is already working with nearly ten insurers, including several of the largest insurance companies in Saudi Arabia. The company is currently handling a number of high-profile claims, including losses with exposures of up to SAR 130 million, reflecting the market’s growing confidence in RSC’s technical capability and professional standards.


RSC has offices in Dammam and Jeddah and a Bahrain license application already filed. We are building a modern, technically strong, and client-focused loss adjusting company for Saudi Arabia and the wider region. We are looking for ambitious Saudi talent to grow with us.


Role Overview (Training/Placement in Dammam for 6 Months)

RSC is looking to recruit a Trainee Claims Engineer based in Jeddah to join our growing loss adjusting team in Saudi Arabia. This is an entry-level / early-career opportunity. Since loss adjusting is a niche profession that requires structured training and hands-on exposure, the selected candidate will initially be placed in our Dammam office for a 6-month training period .


During this period, the candidate will work closely with our existing claims team, learn RSC’s reporting standards, our ERP system, participate in site inspections, and gain practical exposure to engineering, property, casualty, and marine-related claims.


Following successful completion of the training period, the candidate will be transferred back to Jeddah , in January 2027, where he will be based at RSC’s Jeddah office and support the company’s expanding operations in the Western Region.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in site inspections for engineering, property, and marine-related claims across Saudi Arabia.
  • Support senior loss adjusters in reviewing claim circumstances, damages, documents, repair estimates, invoices, and other supporting records.
  • Assist in assessing the cause and extent of damage, as well as the reasonableness of claimed amounts, under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Prepare inspection notes, photographic records, claim summaries, and draft report sections in line with RSC’s reporting standards.
  • Coordinate professionally with insured parties, insurers, brokers, contractors, and internal team members during the claims process.
  • Support the team in maintaining complete and organized claim documentation.
  • Develop understanding of insurance policy wording, claim procedures, causation analysis, quantum assessment, and report writing.
  • Work closely with experienced loss adjusters during the initial 6-month training period in Dammam before being placed in RSC’s Jeddah office.
  • Travel across Saudi Arabia for site visits, meetings, and claim-related assignments as required.
  • Pursue relevant professional qualifications, including CII or CILA, with the aim of achieving Cert CII or Cert CILA within the first 18 months of employment.


Candidate Profile

  • Preferably based in Jeddah & willing to train in Dammam for 6 months.
  • Fresh graduate or early-career candidate with 0–1 years of experience .
  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering is preferred; candidates from insurance, risk, HSE, marine, logistics, or technical inspection backgrounds will also be considered.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable with field work, site visits, travel, documentation, and client-facing assignments.


Compensation

  • Training-period compensation: SAR 6,000–8,000 per month , depending on profile and interview performance.
  • Compensation and career progression will be reviewed after successful completion of the training period, based on performance and capability development.
