Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Claims Operations Supervisor to oversee daily claims-related operations within our insurance services environment. This role is responsible for supporting claims workflow efficiency, reviewing documentation processes, coordinating internal claims activity, and assisting with operational oversight to ensure timely and accurate claim handling. You will bring strong organizational leadership, insurance industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at Christ Taylor Insurance.

Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day claims processing workflow and operational coordination.
- Monitor claim activity to ensure timely handling, documentation accuracy, and procedural compliance.
- Provide guidance and operational support to claims coordinators and administrative staff.
- Assist with onboarding and workflow training for new team members.
- Review claim-related documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to internal procedures, carrier guidelines, and insurance compliance standards.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and Assist management with operational reporting, tracking metrics, and claims activity summaries.
- Coordinate with account managers, carriers, adjusters, and administrative teams as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in insurance claims, claims administration, insurance operations, or related industry experience.
- Prior experience in a lead, supervisory, or workflow coordination role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a structured office environment.
- Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and insurance-related systems or CRM platforms.
- Experience within commercial insurance or property & casualty insurance environments.
- Familiarity with claims processing procedures and insurance compliance standards.
- Experience working with agency management systems or claims tracking platforms.
