We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Preparation & Exam Prep Specialist to join our American team. This role focuses on building professional claim packets, reviewing documentation, and preparing veterans for evaluations.
Position Summary
The Claims Preparation & Exam Prep Specialist is responsible for assembling detailed claim packets, reviewing records, organizing supporting documentation, and preparing veterans for appointments and evaluations.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow structured processes.
Key Responsibilities
→ Create and assemble complete veteran claim packets
→ Review medical records and supporting documents
→ Organize evidence in a clear and professional format
→ Prepare veterans for scheduled exams and appointments
→ Review questionnaires for accuracy and completeness
→ Identify missing documentation and follow up as needed
→ Communicate clearly with veterans regarding preparation steps
→ Maintain organized digital records
→ Follow company procedures and quality standards
→ Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely preparation
Preferred Backgrounds (Highly Desired)
