Claims Processing Specialist/Data Entry - Remote

At ACH Foam Technologies, accuracy and efficiency are at the heart of everything we do. As a Claims Processing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that claims are handled promptly and accurately, supporting our commitment to exceptional service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify claims submissions for completeness and accuracy.
• Process claims in the company system promptly and in accordance with established guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or missing information by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding claim status and required documentation.
• Maintain detailed records of claims activity, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Assist in generating reports related to claims processing metrics and performance.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in claims processing, insurance, finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and claims management software.
• Ability to analyze information quickly and make sound decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.
