Claims Representative

Seaview Insurance is seeking an experienced Auto Liability Adjuster to join our Phoenix-based claims team. In this role, you will investigate and manage auto insurance claims, helping customers recover quickly after accidents.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday in-office; Friday remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses
• Determine coverage and liability
• Manage the claims process from start to resolution
• Partner with appraisers and estimators on vehicle repairs
• Negotiate settlements with customers and other carriers
• Set appropriate reserves in accordance with company guidelines

Requirements:

• 1+ years of auto claims adjusting experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain required adjuster licenses
• Must be based in the greater Phoenix area
